Ministry of Justice | Jordan

Client: Ministry of Justice — Jordan

Challenge

Simplifying and communicating digital judicial services to two different user groups: citizens and Ministry employees, while clearly explaining the required procedures and steps for submitting and processing services electronically, reducing the need for in-person visits to courts.

Objective

To produce clear and accessible instructional content that helps citizens navigate digital judicial services with ease, while supporting employees in understanding the procedures and workflows required to process electronic applications.

PG Studios Solution

PG developed and produced four instructional videos for the Ministry of Justice, covering two digital judicial services, with a dedicated video for citizens and another for employees for each service. The citizen-facing videos explained how to submit a legal notice application electronically without visiting the court and how to submit an electronic application for registering a notary public service. The employee-facing videos covered the same services from the staff perspective, focusing on handling and processing electronic applications.

Production Approach

  • Analyzing the targeted digital services and procedures.
  • Identifying the needs of citizens and Ministry employees.
  • Developing instructional content for each service.
  • Simplifying procedures into clear visual steps.
  • Writing and developing scripts for the four videos.
  • Creating storyboards and scene sequences.
  • Designing interfaces and visual elements related to the digital services.
  • Visually demonstrating the application and processing procedures.
  • Producing and editing the instructional videos.
  • Adding supporting text and explanatory visual elements.
  • Reviewing the content to ensure clarity and procedural accuracy.
  • Developing tailored versions for citizens and employees.

Results & Impact

  • Four instructional videos designed to make digital judicial services easier to understand and use through practical, step-by-step visual guidance.
  • Improved citizen understanding of electronic judicial services.
  • Clear employee guidance for digital procedures and application workflows.
  • Support for the Ministry’s broader digital transformation efforts.
