Lead character animation on series and campaign work; mentor mid-level animators; work inside an AI-accelerated pipeline with human review gates.
- 5+ years in series or commercial animation
- Strong character acting and timing
- Toon Boom / Blender / Maya proficiency
- Comfort giving and receiving structured feedback
AI Pipeline Developer
Full-time — Amman / remote (regional)
Build and maintain the tools that accelerate our production: in-betweening, cleanup, versioning, and structured asset packaging.
- Python and production-tool scripting
- Experience with ML inference in creative workflows
- Understanding of animation/VFX pipelines
- Pragmatism: ship tools artists actually use
Sound Designer / Dubbing Engineer
Full-time — Amman (on-site)
Run dubbing sessions across Arabic dialects, design SFX for animation and XR, and deliver broadcast-grade mixes with clean stems.
- Pro Tools mastery and session discipline
- Dialect-aware Arabic voice production experience
- Broadcast loudness standards fluency
