Caritas — Kindergarten Training

Highlighting the importance of training kindergarten teachers to respond to children’s diverse needs, abilities, and individual differences, while demonstrating the impact of this training on the educational environment and children’s daily experiences.

To produce a real-life video documenting the impact of the training programs provided by Caritas Jordan to educators across kindergartens in different governorates of Jordan, while capturing the experiences and perspectives of teachers, kindergarten directors, and parents.

PG produced a real-life video documenting the experiences of several kindergartens across different governorates in Jordan that benefited from training provided by Caritas Jordan. The training aimed to strengthen educators’ skills in working with children and responding to their different needs and individual differences. PG adopted a Human-Centered Storytelling approach, featuring interviews with teachers who participated in the training, kindergarten directors, and parents. This provided multiple perspectives on the experience and helped demonstrate the impact of the training within the educational environment. Through on-location filming and authentic testimonials, the video focuses on the people and their experiences rather than presenting the program as a traditional report.
