Challenge
Highlighting the continued need for health services and support among women and families living in Za’atari Camp, while presenting the services available in a human-centered and authentic way.
Objective
To produce a real-life video documenting the services provided through women’s health clinics and the safe space in Za’atari Camp, highlighting their role in providing healthcare, support, and a safe environment for women, while raising awareness that people continue to live in the camp and still require essential services and humanitarian support.
PG Studios Solution
PG produced a real-life video for UNFPA, filmed on location inside Za’atari Camp, documenting the women’s health services and the safe space available to the community. PG adopted a human-centered documentary storytelling approach, using real locations, people, and experiences to communicate the story authentically. The production focused on the services being provided and the environment in which women can access healthcare, support, and a safe space. Through on-location filming, the video presents an authentic perspective of life in Za’atari Camp and highlights the continued presence of residents and the ongoing need for healthcare and humanitarian support.
